If you are the sole owner of the entity, you will undergo accreditation verification individually, following the requirements for individual investors.

- Proof of Income: Please provide official tax records, such as US tax returns, W-2, K-1, 1099, or other government documents, for the past two years. This will serve as proof of your income stability and financial capacity.
- Asset Documentation: To demonstrate a minimum net worth of $1,000,000 (excluding your primary residence), we require documentation of your assets. This can include a property deed, bank statements, letters from financial institutions, or vehicle titles showing ownership.
- Third-Party Liability Evidence: To ensure your financial responsibility, please submit a copy of your credit report dated within the last 90 days. You can obtain one free credit report from any of the credit reporting bureaus at annualcreditreport.com.
- Accreditation Verification: For accreditation verification, we accept a verification letter dated within the last 90 days from a third-party licensed attorney, a CPA, an SEC-registered investment advisor, or a registered broker-dealer. This letter will certify your accredited investor status.
Investing as an entity or trust
- Total Assets Exceeding $5,000,000: If your entity or trust has total assets exceeding $5,000,000, you may provide one of the following for verification:
- A bank statement reflecting the entity’s financial position
- A formal valuation conducted by a valuation professional
- An appraisal report for any real estate held by the entity
- Equity Owners’ Accreditation: In cases where the entity or trust does not meet the minimum asset threshold, it may still qualify as an accredited investor if all of its equity owners are accredited investors. To proceed, each entity owner must submit one of the following documents:
- Proof of income for the past two years supported by official tax records, such as US tax returns, W-2, K-1, 1099, or other government documents
- Documentation of assets proving a net worth of at least $1,000,000 (excluding the primary residence). Acceptable documentation includes a property deed, bank statements, letters from financial institutions, or vehicle titles demonstrating ownership.
- A verification letter dated within the last 90 days from a third-party licensed attorney, a CPA, an SEC-registered investment advisor, or a registered broker-dealer certifying their accreditation status.

- Net Worth Requirement: Individuals who maintain a net worth of $1 million or more (when converted to US Dollars), excluding the value of their primary residence.
For Entities:
Substantial Assets: Entities with at least $5 million in assets (when converted to US Dollars).
Equity Owners’ Accreditation: Businesses in which all equity owners are accredited investors.
